My Actifit Report Card: December 20 2022

A small wallaby on our afternoon walk.

It's taking a while to get back into the work routine after a solid month off, luckily I only have a week before we get a couple of Christmas public holidays.

I have also been experimenting trying to add some runs each week in zero drop wide toe box shoes on the trails, which is enjoyable mixing things up a bit.
