Funny Ant Bite Research
[Little art i made]
I'm living in a place that is largely being shared with ants. You don't see them all over the place but you never know when a few of them would show up.
They show up more often than I've ever experienced in all the other places I've lived in my life, that's why I say this place is being shared with ants, sad how they never help with the rent.
These guys bite me a lot, about twice a week on average. Which is more regular bites than I used to get in my previous years in this world.
These bites are quite painful and they cause a little swelling, but it doesn't last for more than a day or so. The pain only lasts for about an hour. After a year of living here, I don't really feel the pain anymore.
Just this morning while scratching a bite from one of them I started wondering if these bites affect my health in any way. So I did what the modern man would do. I googled.
And this funny stuff happened when I googled.
At first, I asked what the effects are like this:
And it made me scared with scary talks like these:
I started to panic and started thinking about the advice we've probably all heard a lot in the past. The advice that you shouldn't Google your problems/symptoms or else you will see so many possibilities that you'll feel like you're in a huge mess.
In the midst of all the panic, I decided to try something I'd like to consider genius, and that is, I decided to Google what the benefits of ant bites are. Lol. And you wouldn't believe Google fed me all the soothing I needed:
This is so funny. These guys went from making me panic about my situation to making me feel kinda lucky about my situation. Lol.
Conclusion
I think I've just discovered a hack with this. The advice of not googling your symptoms or else you'd feel like you're in a bigger mess than you're actually in is still valid, but if you ever google it you can try the reverse and Google the benefits it might make you feel better.
I just went ahead and Googled this just to see what might be said:
And without even looking much I'm already seeing calming things like these:
Lol.
