Scam Warning: Raymondspeaks and BRO

Hello all, it's been quite a while since I've had to write a post like this, but I'm going to do it.

I would advise against doing business with these accounts.

I have seized the Hive account@raymondspeaks account and control it.

Background:

About two months ago I loaned 1 eth to Raymond, unfortunately I didn't post our deal on the chain, so you'll have to take my word on it I guess, honestly this is why I used to post all my deals, I can include my ETH address so you can check that and see

It was a loan of 1 eth, repay 1.1 eth with monthly installments of 0.11 eth.

For collateral I took his Hive account@raymondspeaks account with it's Hive, and Splinterlands assets (cards and land).

To his credit he made the first payment with little trouble, for the second payment, he shorted me and paid only about half the payment

Why I believe he probably isn't going to pay.

1. He has me blocked on Discord. This is the biggest Red Flag for me. Our main form of communication is via Discord, it's where the loan was negotiated. By blocking me on Discord, this is a very strong signal of his unwillingness to complete the loan.

2. He has rugged the BRO community. By rugging the Bro community, this is another very strong red flag that he isn't willing to meet his commitments.

3. He using the Hive account@brofund account to go on crazy, unhinged rants which demonstrate that honest, he has lost his fucking mind. This is a very strong red flag that he probably isn't going to pay.

4. He left my Neoxian City discord and he booted me from his Bro discord. This a smaller point, but it is a strong signal of hostility, and it seems like, under these hostile conditions, repayment of loan seems less likely.

If I'm wrong and he does pay, then I will retract this post and issue a correcting post.
