My first mushroom
I have always been fascinated by mushrooms. They are so tasty and a good replacement for meat in some dishes.
Recently i’ve started growing them from scratch (not from kits). I got my first mushroom last week and I wanted to share this with you.
It was so tender, almost butter-like. At this point I don’t think I’ll ever go back to store bought mushrooms. Once I perfect my growing environment I would like to try growing exotic medicinal mushrooms!
