Making Dungeon Tiles for Boardgames, Wargames and RPG
Sometime ago I started making some dungeon tiles for RPG adventures I was narrating using miniatures and scenarios.
I started cutting up some styrofoam and marking 1" squares, also did some details of the cracking stone.
I also used an aluminum foil ball to give it some texture, the foam takes it very well.
I made a mix of PVA glue with black acrylic paint to seal the foam before painting.
Finished with a layer of gray, and some drybrushing of light gray and off-white. Also did a very light black wash and let ir dry 24hs before sealing with matt varnish.
