Menu for Breaking the Fast Day 2

photo-output.jpeg

Hello everyone, how are you???
How is your fast going? Is it running smoothly?

Maybe some time now I will often post food menus for breaking the fast.
But here I can't make the recipe because I cook too much food.
The month of fasting that I will be undertaking is for one whole month. This will make me a little troublesome because I have to cook different types of food than usual. It doesn't feel good if you don't make fried food and cold drinks.

Today I will share photos with you, what food I made on the second day.

Crispy fried tempeh

On the second day I didn't make a lot of fried foods, I only made crispy fried tempeh. I always make different foods so I don't get bored.

Rice Lontong

I also made lontong from rice, because I didn't have banana leaves or coconut leaves so I used plastic ice packs. But unfortunately the lontong I made was too soft hahaha

Opor Ayam with a mixture of chickpeas

Because I planned to make vegetable opor lontong, I made chicken opor which I mixed with tofu and chickpeas

Spaghetti

The menu for my child is making spaghetti.

Refreshing cendol dawet ice

Don't forget the refreshing drink, as an appetizer I made ice dawet cendol. This ice is made using coconut milk and palm sugar. I am very fresh and sweet.

A fasting month like this really makes me a little dizzy because I have to think about a different menu every day. But did you know that this is a great reward for people who are willing to cook for people who are fasting.

This is the appearance of the chicken opor vegetable lontong that I made. What do you think, does this look delicious? Have you ever eaten it?

Hopefully the food menu that I share can be an idea for your future cooking. Maybe this is all I can share, thank you for reading, see you again with my next post.
