Hello beautiful Ladies of Hive 💜

When I saw the prompt for LOH Contest #290 about a "safe haven", I didn’t have to think twice. My safe space isn’t a beach house or a library. It’s right here in my little bedroom corner.

This room is where I drop everything at the end of the day. The noise, the stress, the "I have to be strong" mask. Here, I can just breathe and be completely myself without worry.

The best part is this little corner with my black sofa and window.

When I sit here with the curtains half open, some quiet music, and my phone on DND, the whole world feels slower. Sometimes I read, sometimes I just sit and think, sometimes I cry it out. No judgment. No performance. Just me.

I’ve learned that you don’t need a big space or expensive decor to feel at peace. You just need a spot that feels like "you". A place where your mind can rest without explaining itself.

For me, this corner is my reset button. It’s where I remind myself that I’m allowed to rest, to feel, and to start again tomorrow with fresh strength.
