My investing plan in 2022

Firstly, I will not panic and sell my assets. I have already fixed all the extra high profits. I will continue to average positions in both stocks and cryptocurrencies.

Second, if you look at the PE companies in the S & P500, you can see that a large number of companies are very overbought. While money will leave the market and everything will fall, I will slowly buy companies according to my dividend strategy with low PE.

Investment in real estate. I bought a property this year with a girlfriend / future wife and the price of the property increased by 15k euros. Crazy numbers. Next year, I have a goal to buy a property with three rooms, and we will rent out this 2-room apartment and the loan will decrease by itself, since we did not take a lot of money from the bank, and soon real estate will bring good money.

Development of your creativity. Of course, I want to do content every day on hive and other platforms, let's see what happens. The past year has opened my eyes in which direction I want to move. Good luck to everyone.
