This time I come to show you a new trick that I'm just incorporating to my routine, and I'm very happy!

Bringing out a new trick fills me with happiness, and is that for this beginning of the year I proposed to put together another routine from 0, and it's quite a process. The first thing is to see what kind of tricks I would like, lately I'm liking a lot the balance, and the manipulation and contact of objects, but I still like the height. Then it would be to train a lot to get them out and finally put together the routine in such a way that everything fits together and generates fluency. Fluency is achieved with time and repetition. As I play, watch videos or watch other friends playing, it occurs to me what other tricks I would like to add to my new routine with spikes.

The spikes are the "pins"/"cones" you see in the video. I bought them about 2 months ago, because I really wanted to train, one day I got on the machetes and ended up with my hands all hurt (obviously). Recently, I invested in a hat, to train manipulation and juggling with it, and I'm also in the process of building new hulas, so we will start 2024 with everything! ยกEn esta ocasiรณn vengo a mostrarles un nuevo truco que reciรฉn estoy incorporando a mi rutina, y me tiene muy feliz!

Sacar un truco nuevo me llena de felicidad, y es que para este inicio de aรฑo me propuse armar otra rutina desde 0, y es todo un proceso. Lo primero es ver quรฉ tipos de trucos me gustarรญan, รบltimamente me estรก gustando mucho el equilibrio, y la manipulaciรณn y contacto de objetos, igual mantengo el gusto por la altura. Luego serรญa entrenar mucho para sacarlos y finalmente armar la rutina de forma tal que todo se acople y genere fluidez. La fluidez se logra con el tiempo y la repeticiรณn. A medida que juego, veo videos o a otros amigos jugando se me va ocurriendo cuรกles otros trucos me gustarรญa agregar a mi nueva rutina con clavas.

Las clavas son los โ€œpinosโ€/ โ€œconosโ€ que ven en el video. Las compre hace como unos 2 meses, porque me dieron muchas ganas de entrenar, un dรญa me puse con los machetes y acabe con las manos todas lastimadas (obviamente). Recientemente, invertรญ en un sombrero, para entrenar manipulaciรณn y malabares con รฉl, y tambiรฉn estoy en proceso de armar nuevos hulas, asรญ que empezaremos el 2024 con toda! ยกNo sรฉ si pronto, pero seguramente estarรฉ compartiendo videos de mis nuevas rutinas y juguetes, tambiรฉn de los trucos, pero mรกs del proceso de sacarlos, asรญ aprendemos juntos :) Muchas gracias por ver, leer y comentar! ๐Ÿ’ž Abrazos, besitos, tomen agรผita y cepillense los dientes! ๐Ÿ’ž
