My Actifit Report Card: August 04 2026

오늘 산책을 하면서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈어요. 처음으로 만난 것은 동네 카페 앞에서 개를 산책시키고 있는 아저씨였는데, 그의 개가 너무 귀여워서 잠시 대화를 나누었어요. 아저씨는 개와 산책하는 것이 얼마나 좋은 운동이 되는지 이야기해 주셨고, 그 덕분에 저도 다시 한번 운동의 중요성을 느꼈습니다.

또 하나 흥미로운 것은, 거리에서 우연히 열린 작은 플리마켓이었어요. 여러 사람들과 함께 다양한 물건들을 살펴보며 재미있는 구경을 했죠. 오래된 책과 수제 액세서리들이 정말 매력적으로 보였고, 그곳에서 새로운 사람들도 많이 만날 수 있었어요. 오늘도 소소한 일상이지만 즐거운 경험으로 가득했던 것 같습니다!
