There once was a little girl named Kiran who lived in a village at the edge of a forest. The villagers told stories about a wise old owl who lived deep in the woods, and Kiran dreamed of meeting it one day. One night, while Kiran was sleeping, she heard a tapping at her window. She opened her eyes and saw a big, beautiful owl perched on the sill. "Come with me," it said in a wise, soft voice. And so kirana followed the owl into the woods.
As they walked through the trees, the owl told Kiran about all the secrets of the forest. It told her about the trees and the plants, the animals and the insects. Kiran learned more from the owl than she ever could have imagined. Finally, they came to a clearing in the woods, and the owl stopped. "Thank you for listening to my wisdom," it said.
As the owl flew away, Kiran felt a sense of peace and understanding. She knew that the owl had given her a gift - the gift of knowledge and understanding. Kiran knew that no matter what happened, she would always carry the wisdom of the wise old owl in her heart.
