This year the Mumbai climate has been totally acting crazy. It's beginning of Nov and it's still raining. Ideally by mid September it stops raining and then till end of the month there are few showers here and there. It's way past it's time and it feels like the monsoon is still going on, because the rain showers are still regular almost every single day. Since the time I have landed in the city, every day it's been raining except for 1 day, which was the Enrique show day. I think God was kind on me for that day, else it would had been too much mess. The show was there for 2 days and the next day it had rained, a lot of people did not enjoy it because of that. I am sure if I would had been on that day, even I would had not enjoyed it.

I have some house work to be done, but it's getting prolonged because of the rains. I had thought that in this visit to Mumbai I will be able to get it done, but it seems difficult now, because it's exterior work so with rains it is difficult. If I get a couple of dry days then only I can get it done. This year the climate has been acting really crazy. Ideally the monsoon starts by mid june and ends by mid sept. This year it started by mid august and still going on.

Anyways I enjoy rains, so I am liking it, except for that my work is getting prolonged which is ok. The weather is also very pleasant, else during this time it typically gets hot. Possibly I will get my work done in December only. The meteorological department is saying that this untimely rains are due to the depression over the East- Central Arabian Sea, which is channeling the moisture in to the region and causing this untimely rains. While I enjoy rains, I understand that this out of turn weather is not good and will impact farming.
