  Determination of electricity prices in accordance with the production cost of the Mangla Dam.

• Provision of Subsidized Flour:

  Reduction in unnecessary expenses and protocols of the governmental and administrative class.

آزاد کشمیر، آزاد نہیں، کیوں؟ نام میں "آزاد" ہے لیکن حقیقت میں غلام، کیوں؟ کوئی بھی فرد اپنے لیے برا نہیں سوچتا، پھر دوسروں کے لیے کیوں؟ ہر کسی کو آزادیِ رائے ہے، کشمیریوں کو نہیں، کیوں؟ ایسے کیا مطالبات ہیں جو پورے نہیں ہو سکتے؟

یہ چند سوالات ہیں، جو آج کل ہر دوسرے صاحبِ فکر انسان کے ذہن میں گردش کر رہے ہوں گے۔

آخر کیا مطالبات ہیں کہ جو پورے نہیں کیے جا سکتے؟ کیا کچھ غلط مانگ رہے ہیں؟ کسی کا حق اپنے لیے مانگ رہے ہیں؟ نہیں، بالکل نہیں! آزاد کشمیر کے لوگوں کا مطالبہ صرف اور صرف اپنی عوام کے "وہ حقوق حاصل کرنا ہے جو حکومتِ پاکستان نے ان سے وعدہ کیا۔" وعدہ کرنا آسان، پورا کرنا مشکل، کیوں؟ یہ صرف حکومت ہی نہیں بلکہ عام آدمی کی بھی بات ہے، ہم سب کو باتیں کرنا آسان لگتا ہے، مگر جب باری آئے اپنی کہی بات پوری کرنے کی، یہ ہمارے لیے "بہت مشکل بلکہ ناممکن" سا ہو جاتا ہے۔
