Falooda ice cream to beat the heat ## A refreshing and fulfilling summer drink

Hello friends !

The peak summer season is here and this hot season required lots of drinks and icecreams to beat the heat. When we get varieties it become wonderful to enjoy the summer and summer become refreshing. So I try yumm kesar pista flavoured falooda at home .

Yesterday was Sunday and I had lots of work to do which was pending for days. I thought to make something nice , fulfilling and quick for lunch . Even While making breakfast I prepared for this , so I get whole noon to done my work and also get some rest .

I orderd instant falooda packet from blinkit. The flavour was kesar pista one of my favourite .

On The packet there was full instructions and I just follow the instructions and prepared the falooda .

INGREDIENTS :

• Water 200 ml
• Milk 1 liter
• instant falooda mix 1 packet
• ice cream and Rabri ( for serving )
• Nuts (optional )

PROCESS :

So in a kadai I start to make the falooda , I add water and milk together and wait for boiling . One side I prepared my breakfast and another side I prepared this for lunch .

After boiling the milk I add instant falooda packet in the kadai . Now I stir it continuously for almost 15 minutes on the high flame .

After 15 minutes it become thick , creamy and Amazing .

Now I transfer it in another vessel , cover it and left it for 45 minutes to maintain the room temperature.

After 45 minutes I put this in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours , so it could get completely chilled .

Another side I bought ice cream and Rabri from a local ice cream shop . You can add vanilla ice cream too .

In the afternoon I start to prepare the glass for all . It is a pack of 6 and I serve exactly 6 glass . First I pour 2 tbsp Rabri than half glass faluda and than fill the glass with ice cream .

One glass gives lots of energy and also fulfill for whole noon and during summer when we don’t want to eat much we can enjoy it .

My whole family like this and it is also a good way to keep family together, let’s make for the family and enjoy it together and make your summer amazing .
