How safe are we if we are with animals?
Elephants are big but we all find it cute especially in cartoons. But did you know that this innocent looking huge animal kills 500 people annually?
Sharks are at 6/ year
Wolves, 10/ year
And Lions kills 10 humans each year.
Hippopotamus are equal to elephants at 500
Crocodiles, unsurprisingly kills about 1,000 yearly
Guess who kills 100,000 every year?... Snake!!
So here’s series of ways to save your life.
Sharks- Out of 120 species of sharks, only 20 attacks human. Good news!
First, for them not to be interested, prevent urine and blood to be present in the water. Do not try to escape and to not turn your back on this predator.
Instead, move slowly, face the shark.
Punch them in the face if necessary.
Aim the parts that is most sensitive, the eye and gills.
Kangaroos- They are rare and can only be find in particular areas of the world. One might want to go near them and take a selfie.
They are not so harmful as that of Lions, however, should you get near their territories, you’re in danger.
Try to cough gently, slowly and shortly. They will think you have cough or disease that they do not want to acquire.
Do not turn your back but slowly move away to look smaller and less terrifying to them.
Do not run, they jump high and can get you.
