Fried Rattlesnake

This is one of the rattlesnakes I fried for my husband, I salt and peppered it, floured and fry. He loved it, I also fried the heart. What not to do with a rattlesnake or any other snake is put it in a roast, my husband wanted me to cook one in a roast and the entire crock pot was full of bones, made me sick just looking at it.
