5 minute freewrite 3009 prompt stupid looking cap

The woman who worked at the fish house gave me a gift for my birthday and she wanted to take a picture of me. I forgot that I was wearing a bandana under my cap because my ears were sunburned. It looks like a stupid looking cap.

Two of my sisters and I took our grandkids camping for a week on one of the islands on our river. This cap must have belonged to my oldest sister because I would have never bought such a stupid looking cap, and neither would the other sister. I can't remember putting it on or them taking the picture, but the proof is in the pudding. I wonder where that saying came from. It looks like there is no top to it.

Four of these kids are mine, and the martian is my youngest sister's son. This was many years ago for Halloween. We never had the money to buy costumes, so we used what we had. We did not have a stupid looking cap for Victor, but we had green facial scrub and tin foil. I made my girls look like little old ladies, and my boys were hillbillies.

This is not a stupid looking cap, it was my favorite cap. My youngest bought it for me, and I wore it until the seams came apart.

My husband was getting fitted for one of our daughters wedding, and he refused to take his stupid looking cap off. He wears it everywhere. I remember the first time he took me out to dinner, and he would not take his cap off at the table. We were dating, and I was raised where a man does not wear a hat at the table, it upset me.

I was playing around with things in a thrift store and put these giant glasses on and a pot on my head, one of my sisters took a picture, the pot made a stupid looking cap, but it did make a funny photo.
