Pond party gone wrong
Hello dear friends! While visiting the house of a relative, I found these ducks outside his fence walking around the dry rice field. They were quacking non-stop while walking across the cracks and dry weeds, walking here and there. It was summer mid-day and I found this scene funny. They’re just like everyone else. They seem to be arguing to each other, as if they got a plan in their group chat to have a family outing in the pond, and discussed it for a very long time, and when it’s time to go and they arrived in their chosen destination, only to find that the place turned out to be in drought and they blamed each other (haha). But some of them just flapped their wings, waddle their little butts and stroll around the dry field without worries. While watching them, I realized that life is sometimes like this, but instead of complaining, I’ll just enjoy the moment and keep the funny side of the situation.
Photo is mine, using my iPhone 14 Pro.
