I would like to share to you my another weekend getaway to Dumaguete. We went to Siliman University at Dumaguete just to visit the Anthropology Museum. Actually, we had a hard time looking for the building until we found it in the corner of the university, we asked help from different students and security guard just for us to go there until we found it. As we enter the building, there's a signage going to the Museum, then, we paid a 100 pesos for the entrance each adult that will enter the premises.

The moment that I entered the museum, it was full of artifacts and different things that was all old. I am glad that I got to experience another museum visit together with my friends. Most of the displays were things from Siquijor for sorcery use. Like sorcery doll, the different kinds of lana and many more.

And the different kinds of lana which can cure different kinds of diseases a long time ago. They are also made of different kinds of leaf that are prayed for.
While walking through the museum, there's only one thing that captures my eye, the floating coffin, used before to transfer dead bodies to another place. It's made of wood or particularly the body part of the tree.
See? The museum really looks so cool and I learned a lot of things about the way people live. It has always been my hobby to visit different kinds of museums here in the Philippines. Hopefully, in different countries next time.
