Details

Basically this project is a request from the project owner open issue in Github creating a some sort logo for Potato Spotify Signal. Based on that information, I decide to contribute on this project by creating new logo and sent my proposal logo to Project Owner.

Potato Spotify Signal can controll your spotify client with the command line. This feature is already implemented in all the desktop environment, but not for all.
Obviously this works if you have the spotify client on the machine. You can install it with several ways:

1. Help page of the official site
2. Snapcraft by canonical

The first step to submit a proposal through the comment issue column is to submit a design with a combination of Potato and Spotify icon. Project Owner responded very well for results of Potato logo design and want to add it to the project. Im finish it the logo for well and make a Pull Request.

The following is the submission of my design logo for Potato.

This selection of colors is very important in the identity of the Potato logo project. The colors used are Green to adjust to spotify color.

Benefits / Improvements

The Logo design is very simple, minimalis, clean, and modern. The visual of logo is easy to understand and memorable. Useful in all applications (print, web, mobile) and visible all sizes.
