Snoopy Keychain//Llavero Snoopy

... And the Snoopy keychain is done!

This Snoopy design, made using the amigurumi technique, involves marking each round on the first stitch to keep track of the stitch count. At first, it was very difficult for me to work on this type of design, but little by little, with practice, I’ve been able to overcome this challenge. I now feel confident that I can make certain figures of moderate difficulty.

I’ve really gotten into making Snoopy figures ever since I made the 9-cm one for my daughter’s birthday. I saw another smaller pattern—6 cm—and set aside several days to work on it alongside some simpler projects, though this one took longer. I also had to knit the head twice because there was a mistake and it came out bigger than the body. I had to analyze both patterns to figure out where the error was until I resolved it and managed to overcome the challenge.

By the way, I decided to make a mini Snoopy collection to remember my teenage years—he was my favorite. I used to have several T-shirts with his image on them; back then, I didn’t knit like I do today.

While I was writing, the power went out. I'm going to post this while the UPS battery is still charged.

... Y listo el llavero Snoopy

Este diseño de Snoopy con la técnica amigurumi, se basa en marcar cada vuelta en el primer punto, para llevar el conteo de cada punto. Para mí era muy difícil hacer este tipo de diseño, poco a poco, con práctica, he podido superar este reto. Ya siento que puedo realizar cierta figura con mediana dificultad.

La figura de Snoopy me ha entusiasmado bastante después de que realicé el del cumpleaños de mi hija de 9 cm. Vi otro patrón más pequeño de 6 cm, y dispuse de varios días, trabajando en conjunto en paralelo con otros proyectos sencillos y este fue más largo. Ademas desteji la cabeza dos veces porque habia un error y salia mas grande que el cuerpo tuve aque analizar dos patrones y ver donde estaba el error, hasta que lo resolvi y lograr superar el reto.

Por cierto, me propuse hacer una mini colección de Snoopy para recordar mi época de adolescencia, fue mi favorito; llegué a tener varias franelas con su imagen, en ese tiempo no tejía como hoy.

Mientras escribia, se fue la electricidad, voy a publicar, aprovechando que aún la bateria del ups está cargada.
