Chicken Adobo
Hi food buddies here in hive!
Happy mother's day to all moms out there.
Today I'm going to share a different variety of adobo and the main ingredient is chicken.
Here are the ingredients:
| 800g | Chicken Breast, adobo cut |
| 1/4 Cup | Soy Sauce |
| 1 Tablespoon | Calamansi Juice |
| 1 Medium | Onion, minced |
| 3 Gloves | Garlic, minced |
| 2 Tablespoon | Cooking Oil |
| 1 Large | Tomato, sliced diagonally |
| 3 | Bay Leaves |
| 1/4 Cup | Water |
| 1 teaspoon | Fish Sauce |
| 2 Tablespoon | Soy Sauce |
You will know it's done when it looks like this.
This chicken adobo is what we call "Tuyo/Pinatuyuan na Adodo", it's the opposite of Saucy Adobo. I personally prefer this kind of adobo because when the soy sauce dries up with the oil and spicies it taste so delicious , as well as the chicken.
Let's eat this with hot steam rice!
