#AskLeo - where do you spend your crypto?

Hi,

for today's #AskLeo, the # tag brought to us by @acesontop, I want to ask what do you buy with your crypto and if you used your crypto to buy things with it?

I'm one of the people that like to hold and don't spend any crypto. For the long run I think it is much better, but now for today I want to ask you if you have spent your crypto for other things or services.

As I ask, I will answer first. I'm a fan of hodling, but I like to test the services and the adoption of crypto. I'm about to test AVA on booking a hotel night directly with crypto.

There are two ways of spending crypto, directly paying with it, which is my aim and converting it to FIAT and then spending it.

At the moment I'm paying some server on Privex, where I pay with crypto. The last payment, which I've done today, was paid with Hive. I'm happy that this service accepts Hive, as it is a use case for something that is not crypto or crypto related, like other coins, tokens or NFTs.

I like the smoothness of the process and that it is a pure crypto transaction. It is not a large sum and I encourage the use of it.

I've changed some crypto 4 years ago to leverage another investment. I wouldn't do it today as I see, there is more opportunity in crypto, where the smart thing is to keep it.

So, what did you buy with your crypto? Did you do it directly or via FIAT?
