*MY FIRST STUDY TRIP*

Hello everyone. Today my post related my study trip to the food industry because I am a student of food tech. therefore our teacher decides a trip to the food industry for enhanced learning skills of us. There was our first study trip me and my all class fellows were very excited and happy. We used college bus for the journey. We all were very glad and in excitement. All students were happy and obviously, I was also very happy because after four years our college Principle gave us permission for study tour and tour of an industry. We were taking selfies. At 8:30 am our journey was started by my college.

Our journey was started by pray in which we say thanks to Allah Almighty who gave us the vehicle for this journey. We also had a musical device for the enjoyment of our journey. My class fellows were singing the songs and dancing well to enjoy this journey. Becuase it was a great event for us to enjoy one another in our three years study program. The environment of buss was very nice full of entertainment like dance, smiling and music. The environment was very nice I never forget. We were 80 students, two teachers also with us include driver and two Lab Assistant. Teachers and other staff also glad and enjoy with us the journey environment.

Michelle Industry
Our first stop was the Michelle food industry where we visit to see practical work in an industry and machinery of an industry first time in our life. In books, w were read about the all the process of different food product in the food industry but today we were going to see live all procedure which was very new for us.

When we reached the gate of industry there was an industry meeting was going on in the industry by their management. The security guard said us to wait for sometime till the meeting ends. We were busy in taking pictures of each other and enjoying the discussion of each other about industry outlook.

After few minutes Michelle industry management calls us for the visit. Excitement increased. During the entrance of industry, guard give us hygiene cap and mask to wear lab coat already we were worn.

What We Learn By Michelle
There was our first experience in a food industry. First of all, we washed the hand properly with liquid soap for hygiene. There was automatic latest technology for hand washing it was the totally new experience for me. After this we enter in the chocolate processing area we see all the procedure of chocolate processing and production of chocolate and chocolate products.

In other products we see all the procedure of making jam, mamlard, pickle, mix pickle, grind pickle, confectionary items and catch up.

We have also visited the fair price shop of the Michelle and purchased some product of Michelle product. Everything of the industry was new for us advanced machinery and equipment safety practices and hygiene practices which we were reading in our books those were all in front of our eyes practically.
