Ini adalah jenis luka kronis yg sudah membaik namun terjadi pertumbuhan jaringan tidak normal sehingga harus di buka lalu diangkat tidak menutup kemungkinan harus dilakukan pencangkokan kulit (skingraf).
Dan ini perlu perawatan yg extra
Multidisiplin ilmu ketat.
