Allow me to introduce myself. I am passionate about Mental Health and Self Care. I am an advocate for Mental Health Awareness and extremely disturbed by how this often gets swept under the rug. I want to spread love, positive energy and healing throughout the world.

When I began this journey I became a licensed minister after years of training and receiving several certifications in lay counseling which included substance abuse and mental health disorders. I then went on to be a spiritual advisor for executor officers at a top fortune 500 company that I use to work for.

After relocating to a new state leaving my job and my church as I began a new journey, I was then introduced to crypto and web3 and that is when my whole world changed and evolved and opened my mind to new possibilities. This is also when I realized Mental Health is a major issue that is not being addressed especially in the MetaVerse.

I also work on the management team at ChillTube with a group of sincere professional individuals that I love.

Community

After jumping head first into this crypto scene or the "Wild Wild West" which most call it, I soon discovered having a community is a must. I soon became a part of BCPE and that is how I ended up joining @starterkitdao which introduced me to the whole Hive Network.

Community is a must during this new age of technology and social media.
Everyday I see people struggling to just make it. I see all of the pain and frustration and loss and it breaks my heart. So many are alone and just lost not knowing which way to go or who to even turn to for help.
Being a part of a community provides a support system and a sense of belonging that many have never had.

I am grateful for the communities I have joined and I am grateful for individuals like @opinizeunltd that has taken the time to educate me on this awesome platform that will give me the opportunity to spread love and light and peace into the universe.
