DJ Patil's Notes

DJ Patil shared many of his notes from his Whitehouse days on his twitter(which is deprecated now), and one, in particular, struck out most for me. I kept it and carried around with me to remind myself how to manage my projects!

"What's required to cut the timeline in half?" and "What needs to be done to double the impact?" are amazing questions to remind yourself at each stage of the project.

I think "Prototype for 1x, Build for 10x, Engineer for 100x" is a great example of HCI mentaility! :)
