Evening Ritual (aka Beat the Rooster)
As most tips and promising "Top X Habits of Extremely Successful People" proclaim, the critical part of you day is the morning. It sound logical to Eat Your Frog and all other habits, as soon as you wake up. Or even better: set your alarm before the rooster even opens its beak.
But I figured I need to have an great "Evening Ritual" to start my morning fresh and rested. So here I go.
A few requirements...
It should;
- make me prepared for my Morning Ritual
- not interfere with my social life (I life a family life and have an amazing 8 year old daughter)
This is what I came up with so far: Evening Ritual
[x] create Evening Ritual
[ ] create Morning Ritual (tomorrow)
