函館塩 ramen noodles

藤原製麺、ご存知でしょうか？

熊出没ラーメンとか、円山動物園のしろくまラーメンとかで有名？な、たぶん北海道のメーカーです。

ここの、寒干し製法？みたいな麺、乾麺とは思えない独特なリアリティがあります。

それに豚肉、白菜、人参など入れて煮込み、もやし、ネギ、ゆでたまごなどをトッピング。

It is a product of a manufacturer in Hokkaido called Fujiwara Seimen.

I love this.
