油麩（仙台麩）
油麩おいしいですよね〜。
十年前かな、震災前に東北に行った帰りのSAか何かの郷土物産展？的なので初めて知って、それ以来ハマってる油麩ですが、最近はちょっとご無沙汰してました。
久しぶりにみぞれ蕎麦に入れて、ウマー
こちらはうどんです。岩手産小麦の乾麺茹でて、小松菜とか人参とか大根とか…温玉とか。
糖質オフは嫌いですがお麩は大好き！
