My Actifit Report Card: June 6 2023

Hello everyone,
I have been busy doing yard work and tending to the garden. We have plant popping up that will need support to grow and produce. It is exciting to watch. We want our garden to do well so, we have to pay attention. Our dogs enjoy trying to chasing rabbits.

Mindful meditation- I enjoy a little meditation at the end of the day.
