Instructions
1- Prepare the Halibut:
- Place the halibut on a plate.
- Pat it dry with a paper towel to ensure the seasoning sticks well.
2- Season the Halibut:
- Season the halibut generously with citrus seafood grill seasoning.
- Add a pinch of salt on both sides.
3- Heat the Oil:
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
4- Sear the Halibut (Side 1):
