Annoying things happening? - Practice this!

There are many things which annoy us and we can't choose to ignore all the time. But that annoyment only causes us pressure, nothing else. We can't change and control everything. So, rather thinking of doing so we should go for our inner peace. Problems, stress annoyment is part of life. So it's better to learn to overcome them for a better life.

I know, finding the causes that are annoying us will not always help us to solve that. But if you are not sure then this must be your first action. Take a pause and think if it's your phone notifications, people around you, your imaginary thoughts or what's causing the issues and then take your next step. And that is releasing our emotions.

Annoyment is like a splinter in our head which causes continuous pain until we take any pain killer. And by transferring our negative emotions towards the cause can work as a pain killer. As we all know, sometimes we can't take any action to stop the source of annoyance. So transfer your negativity into something else. Like thinking something beautiful, doing something which makes us happy or talking with people we love. It helps!

Our brain will obviously try to hold us back but we must take action to move forward. And as I always talk about meditation and mindfulness so you can practice this as well. These always help a lot to improve our lives and make us more positive towards life. There's no doubt that this is hard to avoid annoyment but give it a try. I know you can as I can!
