Nah! Its not aurora borealis! Its Ilocos Norte’s ( A province in northern Philippines) joyful symphony of lights, as Ilocanos celebrate the Fiesta of their patron saint La Virgen Milagrosa... Its very timely as the Vatican will soon crown her as a saint.
Also, Ilocos Norte will crown their next rightful queen on the Miss Ilocos Norte pageant night which will happen on May 11.
