History records that the discovery of coffee as a nutritious and energy drinks were first discovered by the people of Ethiopia in the African continent about 3000 years (1000 BC) ago. Coffee and then continued to grow up to now has become one of the most popular drink in the world consumed by various circles of society. Indonesia has been able to produce more than 400 thousand tons of coffee per year. In addition to the taste and aroma, coffee can also reduce the risk of cancer, diabetes, gallstones, and a variety of heart disease.
