Today was a massive win! Logged over 15,000 steps and covered 10.8km around the Sheridan/Pioneer area.
Burned 2,485 calories, hit my Heart Points, and I’m officially closing in on that 95kg goal. Now, time to hydrate and enjoy a healthy weekend!
