My First Internet Experience..
I first learned to use the internet from my father. It must have been around the year 2006-2007. I first used the internet on my father's official computer while sitting in my father's office. I remember very well that day was the day of a function in my father's office. But I didn't have any playmates. My father was downloading some songs for his office function. So I was sitting next to him because at that time it took a lot of time to download a song because it was 2G internet, basically I was playing games on that computer. While downloading songs, I learned how to download from my father. At that time, while searching for something, I used the (+) sign in it ๐ ๐ , like when writing the name of a song, I used to put a + sign in each word ๐๐. I didn't know the correct method, so I did this. Later, of course, it worked out. After that, I started downloading my favorite Hindi songs. Later, I transferred them to a memory card reader in my mother's phone.
Why do I remember this? Because after that day I would write down the names of the songs that I listened to on TV at home and the ones that I liked, and then go to my father's office on holidays and download them. This took about 3-4 years. I downloaded many songs and even i helped to others download them.
I also started using the internet properly around 2012 when my first computer was bought at home. Why did it have a modem? My father used it mainly. I only played games. And in August 2014, I started Facebook for the first time. A friend of mine did that. But it was not used that way because there was only one computer at home and I was not allowed to use the internet from time to time. At that time, the price of 1 GB internet in our country was around 400 taka. So, the internet could not be used without special need. When my father was working, I would download 5-10 songs in between.
Those times were quite good. I have been thinking about writing this post since evening. When my father was around, I was talking about the internet of that time. If I look for the modem, I can get it at my house. Now the internet is within everyone's reach. Now children no longer have to be taught how to use the internet. So they don't have a beautiful story like ours about using the internet....So this was my first experience of using the internet in my life.
