Building mental strength
Winter is here , snow is all around and I'm on a cold shower routine, currently living at 1000 mtr altitude in southwest Bulgaria and I took this personal challenge to take a cold shower every morning , I've been doing it from oct 8th and let me tell you it's not easy mentally.
The water comes from the mountain at the side of my house at around 2200 MTRS so you can imagine how cold it gets ,days seem short when you have to look forward to this every morning .
