Although a remote session hasn´t the same benefits as working with a physical body.
It still has an beneficial outcome and a vitalizing experience.
Despite having a wide experience in the world of media and broadcast. I always used to be the tech guy behind the scene and not in front of the camera. So bare with me and enjoy my journey as much as yours :-)
