hi guys
today i'm gonna show you how you can make this cake
let's go ....
befor we want to start it's better to prepare these items:
1.take the butter out of the fridge an hour ago because we need softened butter
2.put the baking paper on your bundt
3.mix flour,baking powder and salt then sift them 3 times(certainly 3times)
4.soak the raisin 15 mins and then dry it very well and mix with a spoon of flour
5.turn on the oven
ingredient:
raisin 80gr or 1/2 cup
flour 110gr or 1cup
baking powder 1 teaspoon
salt 1/4 teaspoon
butter 100gr or 1/2 cup
sugar 80gr or 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons
2 eggs
milk 40gr or 1/4cup
vanilla 5gr
the amount of grams are more accurat.
beat the butter slightly until it softens then add sugar and mix for 2 mins,then add eggs and mix
for 5 mins, then add vanilla extract and mix.
now add half of flour,salt and baking powder to ingredients and mix it then pour half of milk and mix
and repeat it until it's done...
pour this in your boundt and bake in preheated oven at 170C for 45 mins.
make sure to cute it after it gets cold.
