I hope you are having a wonderful day. Today I want to share with you a delicious, nutritious, and very easy-to-make drink, perfect for cooling off in this tropical heat.
This time I used a tropical fruit that I absolutely love for its sweet flavor and creamy texture: cherimoya 🍃. It’s perfect for making natural juices without needing to add too much sugar. This fruit was gifted to me by a friend who has a cherimoya tree in her backyard, and it's currently in season — the best gift of the day!
Now I’m going to prepare a tasty cherimoya juice and share the recipe with you.
Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe cherimoya or 2 medium ones, as in my case.
- 1 cup of cold water or milk (can be plant-based)
- Sugar to taste (optional)
- Ice (optional)
👩🍳 Preparation:
1- Wash the cherimoya well and cut it in half.
2- Scoop out the pulp with a spoon and carefully remove all the seeds with great patience.
3- Place the pulp in a blender along with the water or milk.
4- Blend until smooth and creamy.
5- Adjust sweetness if desired and add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
6- Add ice to serve chilled.

Espero que estén teniendo un día maravilloso. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una bebida deliciosa, nutritiva y muy fácil de preparar y más para refrescar en este calor tropical.
En esta ocasión aproveché una fruta tropical que me encanta por su sabor dulce y su textura cremosa: la chirimoya 🍃. Es ideal para preparar jugos naturales sin necesidad de añadir demasiada azúcar. Esta fruta me lo regaló una amiga que tiene en su patio un árbol de Chirimoya y ya está en temporada. El mejor regalo del día.
Ahora voy a preparar un sabroso jugo de chirimoya y voy a compartir con ustedes la receta
Ingredientes:
- 1 chirimoya madura grande ó 2 medianas como en mi caso.
- 1 taza de agua fría o leche (puede ser vegetal) Yo utilicé leche de vaca.
- Azúcar al gusto (opcional)
- Hielo (opcional)
👩🍳 Preparación:
1- Lava bien la chirimoya y córtala por la mitad.
2- Extrae la pulpa con una cuchara y retira todas las semillas con mucha paciencia.
3- Coloca la pulpa en la licuadora junto con el agua o la leche.
4- Licúa hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y cremosa.
5- Ajusta el dulzor si lo deseas y añade una añade una pizca de sal para resaltar el sabor.
6- Añade hielo para servir bien frío.
