Mushroom time
The name of these beautiful mushrooms çıntar. It is collected from the mountains, often under the pine trees in October, November. It is very delicious.
Mushrooms are cleaned and washed.
It can be cooked in different ways, I prefer cover it in flour and salt mixture and fry it in olive oil.
Crispy fried delicious mushrooms. If you cannot distinguish between poisonous and non-poisonous mushrooms, you should not collect mushrooms, it is best to leave this to the experts.🙂
