# Splinter Stats Season 42 Report Card

Yesterday, I set up a bot using solominer@solominer's fork. After letting it run through the night, I checked to see that it was moderately successful. On average it looks like it plays five games an hour, winning two and losing or forfeiting the other three matches. So I will be using this report and the next season report to compare my play to the bots play and see where I need to make improvements to the bot to better utilize my deck.

Summoner usage will be another important comparison. If the bot isn't using my best summoners I'll need to tweek the bot to heavily weight the selection of my best summoners.

I would expect the bot to select the same mix of monsters that I do. I am very curious to see what the actual results will be.

If the bot is forfeiting certain rule sets, that should be evident here. I will be checking for any bad patterns to can be improved.

Ultimately, this will be the area that shows whether the bot is worth using or not. If I am getting significantly more rewards from rank play while not sacrificing rewards from Daily and Season rewards, the bot will be a great tool, otherwise I will stop using it.

Getting the bot running was not too hard, just needed a little research to get all the dependent software installed. I'm looking forward to learnig more about the bot and trying to tweek it for better battle perfomance.
