Fitness Series | June 22, 2020


Feel sexy and make our Monday productive! Today, I will show you a part of my dance fitness routine. You don't have to be professional to understand the steps. The choreography is so easy to follow and I promise that you'll have a lot of fun when you do this at home. Just repeat this for 3x and drench from your sweat. What else to say to convince you? Come on and dance with me!

Because I already reached my weight goal. I become so satisfied and didn't work out for the past 3 days. I feel okay with my current weight and don't want to lose more. My new goal is to gain muscles in my upper back and grow a peach-shaped butt.

So I decided to do my exercises 5 times a day. But I'd like to make every session a little shorter. For the past 3 months, I spent 3 hours on the whole routine. This week, I will try my best to focus on my new goal. As a start, below is my entry for today!
