its the souls been collected, counted then scattered

the easiest ones to transform don't have form
always following orders, dressed in uniforms
grown-up kids, seeking love but not from home
they will put you down - if that is the norm

next in the line are those that like to shine
those that quickly start to smile as they kill
those that live to call things "mine"
psychos whose minds are incurably ill

the third group is the largest, happy to serve
they will follow enyone which can handle herd
they are slaves and they know and like it
it's not cognitive dissonance, but fear and habit

but the real target by the ruling oligarchs
are the ones that fight with hearts
the ones that stay away from entertainment
and don't rely on bloody money as a payment

freedom for such humans equals their lives
so good luck with bribing them with shines
they know and respect the role they are given
and will try to justify everything even
