We want to remind you that VAULT service will be shutting down effective 2019/12/26 16:00 (UTC+8).
Please have your assets withdrawn from VAULT before 2019/12/26 15:59 (UTC+8); however, if you are unable to have all your assets removed before the time provided, follow the below procedures.

Please email support@vault.tech from 2019/12/26 16:00 till 2020/1/22 23:59 (UTC+8), and provide the following information:
1.) Your VAULT registered phone number (along with country code)
2.) The designated address for each crypto you would like to withdraw
3.) The balance of your assets in VAULT

Due to system restrictions, we will not be able to accept manual withdrawal applications since 2020/1/23 00:00 (UTC+8). If you encounter any problems, please be sure to contact us before 2020/1/22 23:59 (UTC+8).

Notice:
1.) It will take around 7–14 working days to withdraw manually (holidays excluded).
2.) In order to prevent exchange differences, we will not provide shifting service. Your assets will be transferred to you accordingly to your designated addresses.
