Being Ineffable

I started working at Ineffable NV on November 8th, 2021. Ineffable is a small online marketing agency that is located in Suriname. They are a team of 13 but have made online campaigns that have made thousands of people laugh online, felt inspired, or even help them on a professional level.

I started off with one client, but over time I've been able to work on various projects and expand my knowledge. Here I have the freedom to excel in what I am good at and grow in areas where I am not the brightest.

During my first three months, I was still in a test phase. But over time I slowly became more confident and responsible for my tasks. I became better at communicating with people, understanding how they think, and maybe even act on various situations

Now that I'm well into over a year of my employment here, I've seen how important it is to network with a lot of people in order to grow professionally.

When I signed up for the internship at Ineffable, I had the chance to help organize the Social Media Conference Suriname (SMCS). Last year I got to be in a team that was really behind the wheel. It was a stressful but fun experience. I'll be sure to share more about the conference some other day...
