#RussiaGate as Ideological Self-Care
The more the language surrounding #RussiaGate gets muddled, the more the goalposts shift, and the more that mountains get made out of molehills, the clearer it's becoming to me that it's less of a comprehensive thesis and more of a coping mechanism.
It's meant to salve the believer from the realities that Social Justice, Identity Politics, and Globalism are wildly unpopular with normal people in pretty much every single developed country.
