Dry Fruit Cake without oven Recipe

Have a Good day to All. Hope so you all are fine. I have uploaded many recipes to this site. I'm going to give you the recipe for a delicious cake made with dried fruits and nuts today. This is a straightforward cake recipe which needs ingredients that are common in most kitchens. This cake can be baked successfully even without an oven. I will explain a really simple way to make fruit cake. Just thirty minutes are needed for this dish. You need to make sure that each step is completed in the correct order.

Ingredients

| All purpose Flour | 1 cup |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup |
| Oil | 1/2cup |
| almond+ dry fruits | 2tb sp |
| Eggs | 2-3 |
| Baking Powder | 1/2 Tea spoons |
| Almond essence | 3 drops |
| Milk | 1/3 cup |
Preparation
Step 1
Take the amount of oil, sugar powder, and eggs that were specified. Put them in the blender, and give the mixture a good whirl. I started the process of making the combination by placing three minutes on the blender.
Step 2
The mixture should be poured into one cup of all-purpose flour, which should then be taken.
Mix it well with a hand beater
Now add almond essence.
Step3
now the batter is ready.
When the mixture is finished being prepared, the following step is to put a piece of paper inside the bowl and grease the pan then make a layer of dry fruits with the bottom of the bowl and then pour the batter carefully on this layer.
now preheat the vessel and then Place the cake in the Vessel and bake it for 35 to 40 Min on Medium to low flame
cover the vessel .
now make a sweet fruit mixture .for applying on the cake.
take 2 TB spoon fruit jam in a pan and add 4-5 TB spoon water and mix it well on medium flame till the mixture became thick.
Our cake is ready.
now apply this fruit mixture to the cake
at last sprinkle some crushed dry fruit on cake.
