The Breath of Open Fields and Mountain Sky

At times, my brain becomes too exhausted with the hustle of the city life and all of its noises.
And sometimes I wish to put some things in a small bag, go somewhere far away from all my troubles, where the voices of the Earth would be louder than the people's ones. These pictures I have taken are the perfect representation of such mood.

When looking at these photos, I remember how it felt to breathe the fresh air of the nature. For example, the first photo is showing the high mountain peaks under the incredibly bright blue sky. In the valley, there is greenery, small trees and fields. This scene looked like a picture for me. Because of the sun light, these mountains seemed golden and fluffy. It was so good to stand in this place and admire the greatness of the surrounding nature.

In another part of our walk, I saw something small but beautiful. It was a little purple flower growing in a big green field. I love this because usually, we look at the big mountains and we forget the small things. I went close to the ground to look at it. The sky behind it was a soft blue, and the sun was shining through the leaves. It made me think that beauty is not always huge. Sometimes it is just a tiny flower living its best life in the middle of nowhere.

The last photo shows the mountains again, but this time, the sky is full of big, white clouds. The clouds look like soft wool, and they cast shadows on the brown hills. The sun is playing with the land, making some parts dark and some parts bright. It is amazing how the same mountains can look so different just because the clouds move.

I took these photos because I wanted to save this quiet feeling. When I am stressed at home or working hard, I can open my phone and look at them. They tell me that the quiet mountains are still there, the little purple flowers are still growing, and the clouds are still traveling across the sky. Nature does not hurry, but everything gets done. These photos are my escape button, a small memory of a day when my soul was completely free and happy.

I decided to make these photographs because I wanted to preserve this silence. Whenever I feel anxious and worried at home or at work, I can take out my mobile and look at those pictures. They remind me that those silent mountains are still around, those tiny purple flowers are still blooming, and those clouds are still moving in the sky. Nature takes its time, but everything is done eventually. These photographs are my way out, my little reminder of that day when my soul was completely free.
